Delete your ADHD Planner for Adults account and data
This page explains how to request deletion of your ADHD Planner for Adults
account and the data associated with it. ADHD Planner for Adults is developed by Umur Paşa.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)
- Open ADHD Planner for Adults and make sure you are signed in.
- Tap the account icon in the top-right corner to open the Account screen.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm in the dialog, then re-enter your password (or re-confirm with Google).
Your account and data are deleted immediately when you confirm.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us from the address
associated with your account:
Email: mrpasa13@gmail.com
Subject: "ADHD Planner account deletion request" — include the email address you used to sign in.
Requests sent by email are processed within 30 days.
What data is deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity (email address / Google sign-in link).
- All of your notes.
- All of your tasks and weekly schedules.
- Your AI organization history.
- Your subscription entitlement record, trial record, and daily usage counters.
What is kept, and why
- An anonymized, one-way device identifier (a SHA-256 hash) is retained to prevent
repeated abuse of the free trial on the same device. It is not linked to your identity
after deletion and cannot be reversed to identify you.
- Google Play retains its own record of purchases and subscriptions under Google's
policies. Deleting your in-app account does not cancel an active
subscription — cancel it separately in Google Play > Subscriptions.
Retention period
In-app deletions take effect immediately. Email-based requests are completed within 30 days.
The anonymized anti-abuse device hash is retained indefinitely.
